The Netherlands

The unique old fishing towns are now sights of the times where the Netherlands still had a Zuiderzee and these are great places to visit. Cobbled streets and large windmills greet visitors as they travel through the cities.

Charter a yacht in The Netherlands

The Netherlands is known as a sailing country! With more than 6,000 kilometers of waterways, this is clearly visible and it is therefore certainly worthwhile to explore the landscape and the cities by yacht in the summer.

Boatsters Black now also offers luxury ships in the Netherlands to take to the water in style! These luxury ships are normally only found in the Mediterranean, but for those who would like to sail Dutch waters in the summer, we offer the same comfort and luxury that you are used to in the South of France or Spain.

With home ports in Naarden and Muiden, the ships are centrally located in the country, so you can easily go in any direction during your boating holiday. Below you will find our Dutch ships, or if you are interested you can contact us directly!

Day 1

Volendam

A stop in Volendam offers many restaurants where you can enjoy a variety of cuisines. Then take the boat from Volendam to Marken, an island on the Markermeer. The island is picturesque with beautiful green pastures where sheep often graze. Visitors to the Marche enjoy the unique island atmosphere and the view of the lighthouse from 1839, the Paard van Marken.

Day 2

Markerwadden

The Marker Wadden are a new unique nature reserve where nature islands have been created to contribute to the nature restoration of the Markermeer. A new nature reserve is developing on this new group of islands, both on shore and under water. This is the new natural paradise for all the fish and birds that call this their new home. A visit to this new nature reserve is certainly a unique experience!

Day 3

Lelystad

For a cultural experience, the Bataviawerf in Lelystad is a fantastic location to learn more about the history of shipbuilding in the Netherlands with a lifelike reconstruction of the Amsterdam ship "de Batavia". Definitely worth it to be able to taste the history of the VOC times. With Bataviastad there is also time for a day out for shopping and eating out.

Day 4

Amsterdam

Visitors to the Markermeer who enjoy city life will find what they are looking for in Amsterdam in the south of the Markermeer. Cafés, museums and canals that run through the city make you want to see more. A tour of various museums and then have dinner in one of the many good restaurants along the canals.
