Going out for dinner while taking in the views from the deck of your yacht while getting there… Does it get any more special than that? With so many great restaurants in the archipelago of the Balearic Islands to choose from, finishing another spectacular day in one of below mentioned venues will make you fall in love with yachting even more! Your chief stewardess will make a reservation at your most convenient time and your captain and crew will take care of a smooth sailing getting there. All you have to do is get ready to enjoy your special evening with your loved ones.
P Trespais, Port d’Andratx, Mallorca
Opting for some Mallorquin cuisine? Getting treated at Trespais is the right choice! From Port d’Andratx where you will be docked or where the tender will drop you off, it is a short, nice walk to the restaurant through this picturesque town. Trespais is truly a hidden gem, off the beaten path. The multi-cultural team relies on an honest combination of elements to ensure they get it right, every time. First, there is the food, which is great quality Mediterranean with Asian influences. Then, there is the service and attitude of the carefully selected staff, which is professional, attentive and warm. The setting is absolutely lovely, with an idyllic courtyard garden for dining in warm weather, and a tasteful, honey-stone interior when it is a little on the chillier side.
Chef Domenico Curcio changes the comprehensive menu at Trespais every two to three months. Choices include wonderful meat cuts, such as succulent fillet steaks and inventive fresh seafood recipes such as ‘catch of the day’ fish dishes, scallop and prawn pasta, and baby calamari. Of course, they also offer a mouthwatering selection of fine desserts. You will be pleased by their extensive wine list and drinks menu with popular beers, cocktails and soft drinks, plus a great choice of champagnes available by the bottle or glass.
After enjoying your extraordinary and special dinner here, stroll back to the port where the yacht will be waiting for you!
Sa Pedrera d'es Pujol, Sant Lluís, Menorca
This Michelin-starred restaurant offers Mediterranean haute cuisine in a beautiful, genuine setting. Located in a peasant farm at the outskirts of Sant Lluís, the owners, Naria Pendás and Daniel Mora, have revived authentic recipes and updated them with modern culinary techniques, using only locally sourced, high-quality products. Several rustic dining rooms, as well as a cave with a wine cellar in which guests can choose their own wine, are waiting for you to enjoy the creative dishes.
If you are intrigued by a blend of Menorcan and English cuisine, try the Beef Wellington Formatjada, a beef sirloin steak with mushrooms, combined with Menorcan pastry with gravy. The menu also offers an excellent terrine of lamb, filled with zucchini and paired with a rosemary reduction. Leave some room for dessert! The apple pie filled with Menorcan marzipan served with syrup and sorbet is the perfect ending to a perfect meal. If you love elegant places, excellent food and great service, this is the place to be!

La Gaia Ibiza Restaurant, Ibiza
A restaurant on the island of Ibiza cannot be missing from this list of best restaurants in the Balearics! Restaurant La Gaia, the flagship restaurant of the Ibiza Gran Hotel, was the first hotel in Ibiza to be awarded a Michelin star. With chef Óscar Molina running the kitchen, La Gaia has designed a culinary experience capable of transporting the most exquisite palates to another level. Have the chief stewardess make a reservation at this sensational restaurant, where you will be met by a warm welcome and will be able to meet the chef. Óscar Molina is considered one of the best in Spain and has found the perfect spot to develop his potential and express all his personal, familial and professional experiences on this beautiful island.
Under his own vision of fusion cooking, Molina has put together a menu of unique, authentic flavours and many contrasts, in which the raw materials and local Mediterranean products play an essential role. His culinary proposal goes by Mediterranean Kaiseki and is the result of the perfect combination of haute cuisine and artistic expression using premium and locally obtained products. A sensory and enveloping journey that appeals to the five senses and transcends the culinary world is the result. The concept combines Japanese influences of the kaiseki ceremony with Mediterranean techniques, ingredients and influences. You will be able to dine a la carte or indulge in the Tanit menu. The Tanit tasting menu is the answer to the relentless pursuit of excellence and sophistication, resulting in a ceremony in which textures and products play a major role. The result of combining chef Óscar Molina’s high standards with his curiosity leads to a dance of flavours whose true protagonists are the local products of the island of Ibiza spread over the eight most iconic creations.
The warm hospitality and excellent service will make you feel welcomed and the phenomenal location with a view of the harbour will top that off. Can you imagine enjoying a magnificent meal with your loved ones with a view of the yacht you will be going back to for one last cocktail? That is what this evening will have in store for you!
