Captain Rasid is a seasoned maritime professional with 25 years of experience, including 13 years as Captain and 12 as a Marine Engineer. He combines strong navigational expertise with exceptional leadership and vessel management skills. Wasi´s total marine experience is 20 years, with 18 years of experience as marine technician and 2 years as engineer. Wasi has Successfully serviced, repaired, installed and maintained crucial electrical and electronic equipment (engine and generator service) on a variety of marine vessels.

Elysee is a dedicated deckhand professional with a strong background in customer service and strong communication skills. In addition to his deck skills, he is skilled in video production and editing, personal training, lifeguarding, and painting. Known for physical stamina and safety training expertise. Gym, reading, golf, videography, carpentry are my hobbies and interests. He has chosen a career in the yachting industry because he enjoys interacting with different people and travelling.

Vishnu is a nautical science graduate and an experienced deckhand with 3.5 years in commercial vessels. He's known for his strong communication skills and knowledge of navigation and equipment. Beyond his professional capabilities, Vishnu is a world traveler, having visited 13 countries. He's passionate about connecting with people from diverse backgrounds and chose yachting to combine this with his love for travel.

Genet is excited to welcome you on board and demonstrate her passion for hospitality.
Alexandra Sealy-Hogg
Stewardess
Dedicated and enthusiastic stewardess with a solid foundation in luxury hospitality. With 3 years´experience at a 4-star luxury resort both in the kitchen and front of the horse. Her strengths include menu planning, provisioning, stock rotation, and maintaining high cleanliness standards in line with safety regulations. She is eager to bring her creativity, professionalism and passion for food service to a new vessel.

Head chef
Matija began his culinary career at 18, working in top Croatian restaurants like Draga di Lovrana (1* Michelin) and Restaurant Zijavica, mainly as Chef de Partie. He later became Head Chef at Valle Losca. He completed internships at Jordnær (3* Michelin, Copenhagen) and Milka (2* Michelin, Slovenia), where he deepened his knowledge in fermentation and sustainable cuisine. Matija is confident, adaptable, and passionate about creating memorable culinary experiences with creativity and precision.

Since graduating from hospitality management, Susan has worked in the luxury sector across the globe. Travelling has always been an important part of Susan’s life. Originally from the Netherlands, she spent the past 15 years living overseas, including time in Curaçao, Aruba and the British Virgin Islands. She is currently based in Lisbon and discovering more of the beauty of Europe. Set out to pursue projects that she is passionate about, she wanted to use her love of travel in her work and took the opportunity to join the Boatsters team. After several years of delivering unique guest experiences in the travel and leisure industry, Susan fits perfect in the role as our Personal Concierge. She works with guests, captains and brokers to provide innovative and unique experiences around the world – which is where she finds the greatest satisfaction.
David has been part of the team since the start of Boatsters Black. Not only has he seen Boatsters Black grow immensely over the past few years, he is one of the main reasons for the growth.
While helping Boatsters Black to the top of the charter industry, David has created an extensive yacht and client base, delivering the kind of personalized yacht charter experience that only a specialist with inside information can offer.
As Sales Director for Lengers Yachts Belgium and avid traveller, Philippe brings an abundance of knowledge to the table when speaking about the perfect summer vacation. As the head organizer of the famous Zoute Rally in Belgium, and with experience in the private aviation sector, Philippe is not a new face to the luxury industry. With his kind and open personality, Philippe offers a listening ear and is ready to assist you in his office in Knokke or via phone or email.
Coming from a family deeply rooted in the yachting world, Lyam brings a fresh and forward-thinking perspective to the Boatsters Black team. With a strong foundation in yacht innovation and a passion for elevating the client experience, he’s driven to redefine what modern brokerage means. Whether it’s navigating high-level transactions or spotting emerging trends, Lyam combines his love for the sea with an entrepreneurial spirit, always striving to push the boundaries of what’s possible in luxury yachting.
