Francesca Russo, born in 1996 in Messina, Sicily, is a multilingual deck stewardess fluent in Italian, English, Spanish, and proficient in French. With experience on cruise ships and now entering her second season aboard M/Y NYLEC, she brings strong service and deck skills, along with a warm, guest-focused attitude. Francesca is dedicated to making every guest feel welcome and well cared for, no matter the language.
Valerio Lamia

Valerio Lamia, born in 2005 in Erice, Sicily, is a young and passionate yacht professional with experience in mooring, maintenance, and onboard systems. Starting his career at the marina in Castellammare del Golfo, he has quickly proven himself skilled, detail-oriented, and proactive. Valerio ensures all technical aspects are smoothly managed, contributing to a seamless guest experience.
