The Monaco Yacht Show has long been known to showcase the most prestigious collection of superyachts in the world. As of today, 32 new launches will be unveiled in Port Hercule, or Port Hercules, next month by their builders. The origins of the location of this spectacle is the magnificent deep-water port, heroically named Port Hercules date back to ancient times, however the version we see today was built in 1926 and upgraded in the 70s. The port today has the capacity to provide anchorage for up to 700 vessels.

During the event, a range of superyachts will be present in order to please all kind of clients. Private owners wishing to exchange their yachts or to purchase a new one, charterers or new pleasure-seeking visitors tempted by a first superyacht experience, all will be seduced by the varied collection of yachts on display this year in the Dockside Area. Whether you are in the market for a new superyacht, interested in an unforgettable yacht charter experience, or eager to get a glimpse of the latest onboard design trends, during the Monaco Yacht Show you can  admire the most beautiful and luxurious yachts in the world. Oh, and get a glimpse of the more than one hundred exclusive motorboats, private submarines, and various sorts of swimming gear that look like they come from an action-packed movie! At the tenders and toys exhibition, everything form fly boards and jet packs to personal submarines and amphibious vehicles can be admired. And that’s not all. More than 500 exhibitors present all possible equipment associated to the yachting industry. Education: meeting trade experts in themed exhibition areas

The show’s themed exhibition areas have been redistributed more efficiently, making it easier for the new wave of yachting customers to meet experts in their respective fields and to discover the range of products and services required to successfully complete their yachting project. The organizers have therefore been revising the Dockside Area, the Sailing Yacht Area and the Yacht Design and Innovation Hub. Be it in the water or on the docks, the Dockside Area features superyachts, tenders and all manner of services directly related to the world of yachting. Visitors can meet the shipbrokers, shipyards and designers who worked on the various yachts on display. The Sailing Yacht Area will be relocated to Quai l’Hirondelle, on the inner side of Port Hercule.

The Yacht Design and Innovation Hub – dedicated to future yacht design projects – is set to triple in size, including a 100-m² upstairs conference area. If you would like to discuss your first yacht building project with a designer and attend live presentations, the yacht design and innovation hub should definitely be on your agenda.

These areas will complement the show’s other themed exhibitions:

• Parvis Piscine: yacht interior design and decoration companies,
• Upper Deck Lounge, at Parvis Piscine: luxury products and services,
• Quai Antoine Ier: yacht tenders, water toys, luxury cars and motorbikes,
• Darse Sud tent: equipment manufacturers and yachting services,
• Quai Albert Ier tent: yacht-related equipment, maintenance and service companies.

The Monaco Yacht Show has also announced the 6th edition of the Monaco Yacht Summit. Held on Tuesday 27 September 2022 at the Monaco Yacht Club, the event will address practical questions on the topics of yacht chartering, buying and building in front of an prequalified audience of experienced or new yacht owners and charterers.

The top global yachting brokerages will be present and the show is one of the key dates on the superyacht calendar to bring together the yachting industry with owners, charterers and those looking to purchase. Discuss your yacht project with industry experts and future yachting trendsetters.
