Coming from a yachting family dating back more than five decades, Nick is the head of the Boatsters Black team. He has managed to create an entirely new spin on the industry by incorporating his love of boats with his passion for traveling. Creating and taking Boatsters Black to new heights is the reason Nick wakes up in the morning, driven and ready to start the day strong. Cherry picking his team to ensure due diligence, Nick stands fully behind his team of yacht experts.

From the very beginning of Boatsters Black, David has been at the heart of its journey, helping shape the company into a leading name in yacht brokerage. His vision, dedication, and belief in the power of digital innovation have been central to its remarkable growth.

David has built an extensive network of yachts and clients, delivering personalized brokerage experiences defined by trust, transparency, insight, and a truly personal touch. A skilled negotiator, naturally diplomatic, and a lifelong learner, he draws on his wide-ranging interests and expertise to bring unique value to every interaction and transaction.

As Sales Director for Lengers Yachts Belgium and avid traveller, Philippe brings an abundance of knowledge to the table when speaking about the perfect summer vacation. As the head organizer of the famous Zoute Rally in Belgium, and with experience in the private aviation sector, Philippe is not a new face to the luxury industry. With his kind and open personality, Philippe offers a listening ear and is ready to assist you in his office in Knokke or via phone or email.

With nearly eight years of experience across financial services and business operations, Julia brings a sharp eye for detail and a quiet efficiency that keeps things running at the highest level. At Boatsters Black, she works closely with senior leadership to oversee daily operations, coordinate strategic initiatives, and ensure the business runs seamlessly behind the scenes. Organised, commercially minded, and deeply committed to excellence, she is a valued part of the team.

Since graduating from hospitality management, Susan has worked in the luxury sector across the globe. Travelling has always been an important part of Susan’s life. Originally from the Netherlands, she spent the past 15 years living overseas, including time in Curaçao, Aruba and the British Virgin Islands. She is currently based in Lisbon and discovering more of the beauty of Europe. Set out to pursue projects that she is passionate about, she wanted to use her love of travel in her work and took the opportunity to join the Boatsters team. After several years of delivering unique guest experiences in the travel and leisure industry, Susan fits perfect in the role as our Personal Concierge. She works with guests, captains and brokers to provide innovative and unique experiences around the world – which is where she finds the greatest satisfaction.

Born and raised in a yachting family with over five decades of industry experience, Isabel grew up in the world of luxury boats, premium service, and a global network of high-end clientele. From an early age, she developed a natural understanding of the standards and lifestyle that define the yachting industry.
Before joining Boatsters Black, Isabel gained extensive experience in the international equestrian sector – a sector that closely aligns with the yachting industry through its elite clientele, and shared global network.
Young, driven, and innovative, Isabel combines her industry intuition with a client-focused approach, contributing to seamless, tailor-made experiences that reflect the excellence Boatsters Black stands for.

Nerma, born in Bosnia and raised in Venice, began her yachting journey after a career in hospitality and an expedition on the Great Barrier Reef producing wildlife documentaries. With over a decade in the industry, she transitioned from crew member to Charter Manager, building a strong reputation for professionalism and strategic leadership. She leads a skilled team with a focus on excellence, collaboration, and client satisfaction, fostering long-term relationships with Owners, Captains, Brokers, and industry peers. Fluent in Italian, English, Spanish, and Croatian, and an active MYBA member, Nerma brings cross-cultural expertise and a commitment to the highest standards in the international charter market.

With nearly two decades of experience aboard luxury yachts up to 80 meters, Danielle brings both a global perspective and a personal touch to the yachting world. Since beginning her career in 2007, she has explored the Mediterranean, U.S. East Coast, South Florida, and beyond bridging her connections with the American yachting market through Boatsters.

Beyond yachting, Danielle’s background in luxury lifestyle and property management reflects her sharp eye for detail and refined standards. But above all, she is known for her vibrant spirit, love of laughter, and belief that life’s true luxury lies in celebrating every day and the connections we share.

Elisa is a consummate professional in the luxury sector, seamlessly blending her two lifelong passions: fine jewelry and yachting.
Her journey began in the world of high jewelry as a graduated diamond grader, where she honed her eye for detail, excellence, and timeless beauty. Transitioning to the yachting industry, Elisa first made her mark as an Operations Agent, before naturally evolving into the dynamic world of yacht brokerage. Today, at Boatsters Black, her approach is defined by discretion, precision, and an unwavering commitment to excellence, ensuring that every interaction transcends mere professionalism to become a truly unparalleled experience much like the flawless of a diamond.

Growing up on a small island in the Netherlands, Antara developed an early love for the sea and naturally found her place within the world of yachting. After refining her hospitality skills in Michelin-starred restaurants and luxury hotels in London, she went on to work aboard some of the industry’s most iconic classic and racing yachts, blending elegance, discretion, and genuine warmth.

Now based in Palma de Mallorca, she brings with her a rare combination of refined hospitality, international experience, and a naturally radiant energy that leaves a lasting impression to every experience she creates.

With over 14 years of experience in charter retail and central agency management, Ekaterina has successfully organized numerous charters for high-profile clients and yacht owners around the world.Renowned for her strong management skills, meticulous attention to detail, and passion for delivering personalized service, she is deeply committed to client care, clear communication, and creating unforgettable charter experiences.

Coming from a family deeply rooted in the nautical world, Maximilian has been living and breathing boating for over 25 years. With 10 years of hands-on experience in yacht charter and sales, he combines true yachting passion with sharp commercial know-how helping clients buy, sell, and charter with confidence.

Known for his eye for detail and calm, solutions-first approach, Maximilian crafts seamless, high-end experiences across diverse cruising grounds. From selecting the right yacht to refining every element on board, he’s driven by one thing: turning great yachting into an unforgettable Boatsters Black standard.

Originally from Mallorca, I began my career in the nautical industry performing yacht maintenance and detailing. It was thanks to this initial experience that I discovered my true passion for the sea and the industry. Pursuing service excellence, I spent four years in London immersed in the luxury hospitality sector. Upon returning to the island, I honed my commercial expertise over eight years at Engel & Völkers, where my dedication led me to achieve Top Agent status for three consecutive years. Driven by a passion for helping people achieve their goals, I am fully committed to ensuring my clients get precisely what they desire.

With more than eight years of experience working in marketing for several international clients, Marta has joined the team to take Boatsters Black to the next level. Digitalization is a must, and the young and innovative team of Boatsters Black wants to be on top of that. Thanks to Marta, we are able to provide you with a streamlined digital service, to ensure the communication process before, during and after your charter is flawless.

Lucie Gardiner leads PR and Events at Boatsters Black, shaping the brand’s communications strategy and external positioning.

With over a decade in the superyacht sector, her background in journalism,  content strategy and prestige events forms a clear, considered approach to narrative, brand voice and market relevance.

She is responsible for strengthening Boatster’s presence through a cohesive approach to PR and events, cementing our position within the global luxury yachting space.

Hailing from Mallorca, Oscar brings a fresh and dynamic perspective to the marketing world. With a few years of experience and a background working in both England and France, Oscar combines diverse insights to craft innovative strategies. Passionate about the yacht industry and deeply in love with marketing, Oscar is dedicated to creating inspiring connections and impactful solutions.

During the bustling summer months of 2022, the Financial Team of Boatsters Black welcomed Anita with open arms. With a background in graphic design and experience in business analysis for company software, no one complements the team as well as Anita. Originally from Ontario, Canada, her love for travel and adventure brought her to Palma, Mallorca, where her fresh ideas and great entrepreneurial spirit mirror what Boatsters Black stands for. After a brief stint at a charter company in Australia, Anita now pairs her calm attitude with just the right amount of adrenaline to assist at so many more levels at the office than just the financial one.
