Francesco Giuditta
Deckhand
Francesco is a young Neapolitan mariner who has spent the past five seasons quietly building a solid foundation in yacht deck work across the Gulf of Naples and the Tyrrhenian. Since his first posting in 2020 aboard the 42-metre Crowbridge, he has progressed through a succession of vessels including the 36-metre Puma and most recently the 23-metre Pr. Julia, accumulating real hands-on experience in daily deck operations, tender maintenance and the routine that keeps a yacht running smoothly between charters. Reliable, team-oriented and at ease in the physical demands of life on board, Francesco also brings a useful additional dimension: a culinary course completed in early 2026 and practical galley support experience aboard the Eleonora, making him a genuinely flexible crew member who can step in where needed beyond the deck. Francesco has the right paperwork and the right attitude for a charter programme that values quiet competence and consistent effort. Languages spoken: Italian (native), English

Chef
With over a decade of culinary excellence, Ardenia is a Chef whose journey is defined by a deep-rooted passion for high-end gourmet experiences. Her professional odyssey has taken her across the globe, from mastering Zen-inspired techniques as a Sous Chef in Aman Kyoto, Japan, to serving as an Executive Chef in the Virgin Islands and Spain. Heavily influenced by Zen culture, she approaches her craft with profound respect for land and sea, specializing in seafood and plant-based cuisine. Ardenia’s impressive background includes time at Michelin-starred establishments like Koy Shunka and Hoja Santa in Barcelona, where she refined her skills in precision and preservation. She is ready to bring her expertise in foraging, grilling, and sustainable luxury to the elite yachting world. Raffaele Dominco

With over 20 years of experience in the yachting industry, Captain Raffaele brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and passion to FORZA QUIETA. His career has taken him across a wide range of large yachts, where he has honed his navigational skills, deepened his technical expertise, and cultivated a keen attention to detail that ensures every voyage is executed to the highest standard. Raffaele is known for his approachable and hardworking nature. As an empathetic and socially attuned leader, he understands the importance of teamwork and communication, always striving to create a positive and collaborative atmosphere on board. He leads by example - valuing honesty, fairness, and a commitment to doing what is right, even in the face of challenges. With a natural flair for hospitality and vibrant seasons in the yachting industry, Lucrezia has quickly established herself as a versatile and dedicated professional. Her journey began on M/Y 24deldieci (96ft), where she mastered the art of the "sole stew" role, seamlessly managing high-end service, laundry, and housekeeping for guests throughout the Balearics. Lucrezia’s adaptability shines through her "all-hands-on-deck" approach; she is just as comfortable crafting professional cocktails and assisting the chef as she is handling fenders and mooring lines. Most recently, on M/Y El Mirlo (96ft), she refined her skills in high-standard service and deck maintenance across the French Riviera and Sardinia. Combining a background in linguistic studies with a strong work ethic, Lucrezia is looking forward to welcoming you aboard! Languages spoken: Italian, English, French, Spanish
