Ibrahim Mohamed with over 15 years of experience in Maldives tourism industry, Our cruise Director is well known in Maldives yachting industry as leading dive guide and as manager. Born and raised in Maldives. He is a PADI Staff Instructor and is also obtained Emergency First response Instructor Trainer rating. Have worked in the Maldives resorts and Diving Safaris as Leading Scuba Dive Instructor in different locations of the Maldives. He has a great knowledge of the areas of interest. Teaching and introducing Scuba diving is his passion and taking people for diving and snorkeling is his hobby, even if you don’t know how to swim with him you can pass your fears in the water and can transform you to swim like a fish. He served in Maldives Coat Guard as Rescue and Salvaging operations for over 11 years.

Thoha is from the Maldives and from one of the most northern islands. He has worked as a captain for the past 10 years on the local ferry of the northern atolls. Joined Searex as an Assistant captain in early 2023. Thoha is known for his trouble shooting skills when it comes to any electrical appliances and fiberglass. He makes sure all machinery are running smoothly and assists our Captain in daily operations.

Born and raised on the small island of Kurinbi, Jaufar has been working for the past 12 years mostly at resort hotels as a Dive Boat Captain.

Ali started his carrier in hospitality industry at resorts just 11 years ago as a housekeeping staff. It's Ali’s dream to explore Maldives and learn more about the our natural islands and under water adventure. Working on a yacht seems to be the perfect way to make his dreams come true and experience what Maldives got to offer to all the tourists. He has great focus and eyes to details when attending the cabins which makes him the perfect houskeeper for the team.

Born and raised in North of Maldives, Graduated from Miladhoo School, He has work experience of 15 years in Maldives Tourism Industry as a Room Attendant, His past experience serves Searex to maintain at high standards for the clients to feel like Home, Apart from his job he is a talented Volleyball player, and likes fishing at any time possible.

Born in far North Atol of Maldives, Mohamed has been working in local fishing industry for over 10 years before joining Seared, and has completed Marine Mechanic course approved by Maldives authorities.

Our Chef Sadik started working initialy in Sri Lanka home country hotels since 2010. After 3 years experience in the industry he moved to Abu Dhabi and worked at a Japanese restaurant as demi chef de Partie to learn different cuisine and master it. During his time on Searex the knowledge and skill he has been admired by many guests on charters.

Mojib Khan coming from our neighboring country Bangladesh. Mojib has been preparing all meals for crew since launching of the vessel Searex. A man of few words has always put his silence into making interesting meals and assisting our chef. He has been working as an assistant Chef in Yacht industry in the Maldives for over 6 years. He has achieved the interest of Searex clients by serving his special recipes of Indian and Local foods.

M. Sanjaya Born and raised in Srilanka. He started his career with the training from Swiss Hotel School at Kandy in Sri Lanka. Since then, he started his career in Hotel Thilanka as a training waiter, and Sanjay is a professional and personable barman with over 14 years of experience at both high- end land-based establishments in Sri Lanka such as Coco Palm hotel for two years and various cruise Ship in the Maldives. He has also worked as a personal butler in Al Athavi Shake Palace for one year. As a Cruise Ship bartender, he serves guests in a way that makes them feel catered to without intruding on their cruise experience in any way. His smile and personality make clients want to come back for his special drinks and he is someone who likes music and gets the guests up on their feet to enjoy the rhythm.

Hasanga first started working in hotel industry in 2008 as training steward. Most of his time was spent in Galleface Hotel Colombo, over 4 years. To gain more experience Hasanga moved to UAE in 2013 and started workig for Le M ridien as steward same time got trained as a Barman. Hasanga is very interested in playing cricket and loves swimming.

Saeed is from Bangladesh and have 5 years of work experience in Maldives Dive industry as a Dhoani crew before joining Searex team, During his work he keep dive Dhoani in perfect condition, and make sure always Dhoani is ready for activities, and he takes care of compressors and filling tanks as well.

Born in "Hanimaadhoo" Located very North of Maldives, Famous for it's beauty because of vast lagoon with white beachs around the island and our captain grew up at his island going on sailing boats with his father for fishing and learned to sail. Not a surprise he was interested by handling sailing boats to motored vessels. He obtained his first boat License at the age of 18, and at his young age he started as certified Captain till now he has over 30 years of experience of cruising all around the Maldives waters. His great knowledge about Marine Engines and generators are the key to maintain our engines and all the machineries at a great conditions. He has been working as a captain most of his career at “Nautilus” , he served there for over 15years. He love Scuba diving and fishing as a hobby and a fan of soccer. He is an Advanced open water Diver and trained Emergency Firt Aid Responder.
