In an effort to constantly improve food service, members of the team often take trips around the world to look for inspiration, and this is reflected in the food and wine menus. The Grand Terrace offers Mediterranean fusion a la carte lunch and dinner after beach hours.

Let’s start off with one of their signature cocktails! If a gin and tonic is your thing, try the Frou Frou, the surprising addition of blackberry liqueur, homemade blackberry purée and lime gives a whole new twist that will remind you of Ibiza forever. Or opt for the frozen Banana Berry Colada, with Malibu, banana liqueur, banana, strawberry purée and homemade pineapple mix. Of course, you can always order a dozen oysters, paired with your favourite champagne, a safe, but always successful bet! 

The food at the Grand Terrace is excellent, both in quality and in the optical presentation. The friendly staff will make sure you will be seated with a view of your own yacht, what a way to dine! Stay for the sunset, the west coast of Ibiza boasts the most spectacular sunsets in full length and the indoor area of the restaurant offers a fireplace, to warm you up if the temperatures might suddenly drop.
