ACTUAL CONDITION
This CPMY was originally a Hatteras 65 that was extended. She’s had recent interior updating and shows well. This is a great long ranger cruiser and/or liveaboard.
4 stateroom/4 head layout.
One generator is not operating, and the salon a/c need a new compressor.
She is ready to cruise, and the Detroit Diesels are running well.
