Ivan was born and raised on Pelješac Peninsula in Southern Dalmatia, Croatia. Driven by a deep passion for the sea, Ivan dedicated himself to mastering the skills of seamanship and navigation. With a wealth of experience and a passion for sailing, he delivers exceptional service and unforgettable experiences to his clients worldwide. Throughout his career, Ivan sailed to distant shores and navigated treacherous waters, but he always remained connected to his roots. Southern Dalmatia remained his home, a place where the call of the sea was strongest and where his heart truly belonged. Ivan speaks fluently English and Croatian, as well as basic German and Spanish.

Toni was born and raised in Šibenik, a Croatian coastal gem with a long sailing tradition, which gave him a deep understanding of the Adriatic Sea and a natural comfort on the water, further strengthened by five years of experience in the yachting industry. Toni is a highly skilled and disciplined maritime professional with extensive experience in deck and vessel maintenance. His diligence and dedication ensure a high level of service and comfort for guests. On a personal level, he is friendly and approachable, with a calm demeanour under pressure.

Sasha was born and raised in Belgrade, Serbia. His passion for cooking began in early childhood cooking alongside his father. He enrolled in culinary school and have continued learning and developing his skills ever since. He lived and worked in more than ten countries, gaining valuable international experience and exposure to diverse cuisines, cultures, and culinary traditions. Sasha has been working in yachting for 9 years handling the finest ingredients and delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Born in Rijeka, Andrea developed a strong connection to the sea from an early age, naturally leading her towards a career on the water. With a calm presence, adaptability, and attention to detail, she brings warmth and professionalism into her role onboard. Andrea values the small touches that elevate the guest experience, helping create a refined yet relaxed atmosphere at sea. Warm, composed, and highly adaptable, she integrates seamlessly into the rhythm of life onboard, always striving to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests. For Andrea, yachting is not only a profession, but a way of life rooted in the sea, simplicity, and genuine connection.
