Captain Marin Sovulj is born in Split where he finished the Maritime school and has been sailing ever since. During his 20 year long career he specialized for large groups, excelling in 36 passenger cruises in Croatia. He is particularly well known for treating his guests, but also his crew, with maximum attention. Argo is the new chapter in his career, combining yachting services with managing large groups. In private life, he is happily married father of two children and passionate car driver, with professional participation in car racing in past and present.

Croatian He is a positive and hardworking individual who adapts easily to all conditions and challenges. Born in Split, Croatia, and currently 34 years old, he is highly flexible and willing to go wherever the job requires. Organized and a strong team player, he brings proven communication and problem-solving skills to every role. His responsibilities have included ISM, ISPS, maintaining up-to-date certifications, and effective communication with management and agents. With excellent tender driving skills, he has extensive experience driving tenders ranging from 7 to 20 meters in length, backed by over two years of experience as a skipper before entering the yachting industry.

Branimir is an experienced Chief Engineer with a strong track record on both luxury charter yachts and passenger vessels, including yachts up to 60m and ice-class ships. With over two decades in the maritime industry, he combines deep technical expertise with a proactive, team-oriented approach. Branimir is committed to safety, efficiency, and maintaining the vessel to the highest operational standards.

Croatian Josip has extensive experience, working on charter sailboats, cruising ships, and yachts as a deckhand. Proficient in tender driving, watch-standing, crane operations, and vessel maintenance, he also excels in guest services and technical upkeep of onboard systems. Currently pursuing education as a Ship Engineer, he holds multiple maritime certifications and has served as Lead Deckhand on a 48m vessel. Hardworking and detail-oriented, Josip thrives in demanding conditions, ensuring smooth operations and top-tier service.

Ana is a highly capable Chief Stewardess with a sharp operational mind and a hands-on leadership style, known for setting exceptional standards and fostering a well-structured, efficient interior team. With experience on both private and high-profile yachts up to 110m, she has proven her ability to manage demanding itineraries, complex guest expectations, and high-pressure interior operations with discretion and precision. Her career highlights include swiftly rising from green stew to Chief Stewardess within one year, mentoring junior crew into confident professionals, and consistently delivering five-star guest experiences. Outside of yachting, Ana is passionate about volunteering with abandoned animals and practices Pilates to maintain balance and focus.

Motivated and positive, Jasmina has a genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences. With a background in hospitality, she brings excellent organizational skills, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to remain calm and efficient in dynamic environments. Professional yet warm and approachable, Jasmina ensures guests feel comfortable and well cared for at all times. Eager to learn and grow within the yachting industry, she looks forward to developing her skills further while contributing to exceptional charters and memorable moments on board.

Croatian Mia is a Civil Engineering student from Split with a strong passion for navigation and life at sea, especially along the Split-Peljesac route. Growing up in a coastal town and a tourism-focused family, hospitality has been a key part of her life. With 13 years in hospitality, 8 years in yachting, and four seasons as a stewardess and deckhand on mini cruises, she has a broad, creative perspective. Mia knows the southern Adriatic like the back of her hand and ensures smooth, enjoyable journeys for guests. Her cheerful spirit and love for sports, children, and dogs help create unforgettable memories while maintaining a professional yet fun atmosphere.

Energetic and creative, Sara brings a genuine passion for yachting and a dedication to providing exceptional guest experiences. With extensive experience on yachts ranging from 28m to 60m, she is skilled in all interior duties including cabin detailing, turndown service, table settings, flower care, and laundry, ensuring every space on board is maintained to the highest standard. Sara is also proficient in beverage service, from coffee and cocktails to full silver service, and takes pride in presenting food and drinks with attention to detail. Adaptable and proactive, she thrives in fast-paced environments, anticipating guest needs while keeping the yacht organized and welcoming. Fluent in English and highly approachable, Sara combines professionalism with a warm, friendly presence, making every charter comfortable and memorable.

Motivated and hardworking, Nina brings dedication and a keen eye for detail to every guest experience on board. With recent experience on a busy 55m charter yacht, she is skilled in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation in guest cabins and common areas. Adaptable, efficient, and a positive team player, she helps create a smooth-running interior operation and a comfortable environment for all guests. Passionate about sailing, surfing, and the sea, Nina is eager to continue growing her skills and delivering exceptional service on board.

Croatian Duje was born in Split, Croatia, a stunning city on the Adriatic coast. Growing up by the sea, he learned to swim before the age of three and spent years as a member of a swimming club. His love for the ocean only grew stronger, leading him to take up diving. His yachting career started early, and it has already taken him to many incredible places. Determined to advance in the industry, he earned his Yachtmaster certification and continues to push forward. Duje is friendly, responsible, and outgoing, always giving his best to every crew member. Outside of yachting, he enjoys tennis, hiking, diving, and even trains kickboxing.

Croatian Growing up in Split, Petar has been surrounded by the sea and sports his whole life. His journey began as a skipper on day trips before transitioning into the yachting industry. He thrives on working with people, operating water toys, and driving a tender. His hands-on approach and enthusiasm make him a valuable crew member. With a strong work ethic and determination, Petar is committed to gaining experience and advancing his career, with the ultimate goal of becoming a captain.

Filip is a qualified and experienced deckhand with four successful seasons in the yachting industry. He is proficient in sailing, mooring, anchoring, and all aspects of vessel maintenance, including cleaning, polishing, engine room care, and bilge management. Filip has also managed provisioning budgets, assisted with bartending and meal service, and ensured guests are well-informed and comfortable throughout their journey. Known for his responsibility, strong work ethic, and positive team spirit, he thrives in dynamic environments and is always eager to learn and grow. With up-to-date maritime certifications and Powerboat Level 2 currently in progress, Filip is committed to building a long-term career at sea.

Croatian With a culinary degree specialized in Seafood, Fish, Italian, French, Mediterranean, Japanese, Fusion, and Middle Eastern cuisine, Ivan is a confident and competent chef with extensive experience in both private and charter settings. Having cruised the Mediterranean and Adriatic Seas for high-profile clients, he is adept at providing unrivalled gastronomic experiences. His culinary expertise is complemented by a series of awards, including recognition in Italian & French cuisine from Villeroy & Boch, Mediterranean & Greek culinary accolades, and Seafood & Sushi expertise. He excels in creating menus tailored to dietary restrictions, including low carb, sugar-free, diabetic, and allergy adjustments, as well as specialty desserts and baking arts. His background in Croatian fish restaurants underscores his commitment to healthy, fresh, and nutritional meals. A natural leader with a pulse on culinary trends, he excels in communication, organization, and teamwork, delivering exceptional dining experiences with a focus on locally sourced ingredients and customizable menus.

Jordana comes from Jesenice, a small coastal village with a deep-rooted maritime tradition. The sea runs in her veins—her great-grandfather was among the first in the village to own a ship, and her grandfather was one of the first formally educated captains. Though rooted in maritime heritage, Jordana initially followed a different path, earning a degree in Graphic Engineering and spending nearly 30 years Eastern Europe’s largest media company. But eventually, her twin passions—cooking and the sea—called her back. She began a new chapter aboard the ship Providnost, cooking for 30 people in her first season. Her culinary journey continued with the renowned hospitality group Falkensteiner, where she refined her skills in local and international cuisine. The sea called again, and she spent two years on MV Navigator, creating and serving curated menus for over 50 guests. With every dish, Jordana brings a piece of her home, heritage, and warmth. For her, the kitchen is more than a workplace—it’s a space for connection, creativity, and love. Today, she’s back where she belongs: at sea, aboard Argo, giving guests a true taste of Dalmatia.
