Engineer / Deckhand
Bruno Stipanov, 28, from Zadar, holds a degree in Marine Engineering from the Maritime Faculty in Zadar. After starting his career on oil tankers, he transitioned into yachting, driven by his deep connection to the sea. In his free time, he enjoys sports—especially basketball—volunteers as a youth coach, and has a passion for water sports, fishing, and travel. He values teamwork and takes pride in working aboard Noor II with his dedicated crew.

Mladen, a 34-year-old Chef from Trogir, is a skilled and adaptable professional with 9 years of culinary experience in top hotels and restaurants, and 3 years aboard luxury yachts. He specializes in international and Mediterranean cuisine and attends the Michelin Academy in Amsterdam annually to refine his skills. Known for his innovation, focus, and dedication, he continually seeks to enhance both his craft and the working environment.
