Davide brings over thirty years of culinary leadership to the table, shaped by some of the world's most demanding kitchens. His career has taken him through Michelin-starred restaurants, luxury hotels and private residences across Italy, the UK, Singapore, the French Riviera, Switzerland, Germany and Las Vegas, including time aboard an exclusive superyacht where he learned firsthand how fine dining translates to life at sea. As Culinary Director, he has led dynamic kitchen brigades, developed seasonal and bespoke menus, and overseen full F&B operations with a balance of precision, creativity and strategic thinking. His consulting work with restaurants, hotels and food brands has sharpened an instinct for crafting distinctive, memorable dining identities. For guests, this means a chef who brings genuine international pedigree and calm authority to the galley, with menus that feel both polished and personal. Resilient, adaptable and driven by a real passion for quality and sustainability, Davide approaches every charter as an opportunity to deliver something exceptional. Deckhand
With a foundation built on hands-on experience and an innate drive for excellence, Teagan brings enthusiasm, reliability, and adaptability to the crew of CORE. Having completed several successful charters, Teagan has already demonstrated a keen understanding of onboard operations and guest service. Teagan’s background includes valuable time spent on the docks and in the shipyard, where he developed a strong technical foundation and a proactive, all-handson-deck attitude. Known for her attention to detail and effective communication, he thrives in dynamic environments and is always ready to step up and support the team and the guests. Deckhand Teagan combines a strong work ethic with a positive spirit, ensuring that guests feel welcome and well looked after at every stage of their journey aboard CORE. Fabio D'Onofrio
Captain
With over two decades of experience at sea, Captain Fabio brings a wealth of maritime knowledge and leadership to CORE. Born in Italy in 1979, he has spent his career navigating the waters of the Mediterranean and Aegean Seas, gaining an exceptional command of these cruising grounds through years of charter and private operations. Captain Fabio combines technical expertise with a strong background in navigation, crew management, maintenance oversight, and high-end guest service. Known for his reliability and calm demeanor, Captain Fabio is dedicated to delivering exceptional cruising experiences tailored to the preferences of each guest. Languages spoken: Italian, English
Laura Fabbri
Stewardess
Laura brings to yachting a background that blends genuine hospitality instinct with real event management expertise, a combination that translates beautifully into the world of charter. A graduate in corporate communication and public relations from IULM Milan, with additional certification in event management and wedding planning, she has spent recent years working across hospitality, PR and guest-facing roles in Milan and Forte dei Marmi, including managing reservations and curating bespoke events at two well-regarded restaurants within the Triple Sea Food group. Her first season at sea, as Stewardess and Cook aboard a private sailing yacht, saw her take full ownership of meal preparation, cambusa management, housekeeping and laundry, all while maintaining high standards in the tight quarters that sailing life demands. Adaptable to special dietary needs and HACCP-compliant, she combines practical competence with the polish and people skills of someone who has spent years organising memorable experiences for discerning guests. Warm, organised and genuinely energised by creating moments that feel special, Laura is the kind of stewardess who brings both heart and structure to a charter season.
