Omer became a chef in 2017 and worked in top restaurants, before joining DE LOVE in 2026.
Koray Kilic
Second Officer
Born in 1994 in Marmaris, Koray started as deckhand on gulet Caferoglu 7 from 2011 to 2014. Then he was deckhand on Deniz Kizi and Grandemare (2016-2018). In 2020 he was captain on Sagapo, in 2023 he was first officer on Bellamare and in 2024 first officer of 47mt gulet La Bella Vita. A very good sailor.
Ayse Kuzu
Housekeeper
Ayşe, who graduated from child development and sales marketing school, started working on yachts as maid after completing her maritime training. After that, Ayşe, moved to charter yachts, she loves her job, she takes care of the guest cabins. She speaks fluent English.
Selahattin Henes Sahan
Deckhand
Selahhatingraduated at Adnan University and now he's studying Anadolu University Open Educational Faculty Computer programming and animation. He worked before in yachting business at Sanda Sachting and he has a captain certificate up to 149GT.
Ilhami Soycan
Chief steward/ess
Ilhami graduated from a Maritime High School in 2021 and started working as a deckhand on a 33m motor yacht in the Bosphorus. In 2022 he worked as a deckhand/steward on the 45m gulet Carpe Diem V. During the 2023 season, he served as an English-speaking tour guide at Anitkabir, due to his military service. Since April 2024, he has worked as a deckhand on a new built gulet and, later, as a steward on the 47m gulet La Bella Vita, then to KIng of the Sea before joining De Love team.

Arif Emre Kilic
Deckhand
Born in 1999..He graduated in Mugla Sitki Kocman University in Bodrum Yacht Master programme. He worked as deckand on M/Y Salty Boat, M/S The Wall and M/S Bellamare.

Gorkem Kanli
Chief engineer
After attending high school in Ayvalık focusing on marine machinery, Gorkem completed the university studies in English at Girne University, Department of Marine Machinery Management, with a full scholarship. Afterwards, he did my ship internship on a dry cargo ship, and in oder to complete the konwledge, he entered a ship maintenance workshop in Tuzla, Istanbul, improiving his manual skills and professional knowledge by performing main engine and generator overhauls before joining the maritime busines on Oran County Sanlorenzo 96'. In 2026 he joined the De Love Team

Stewardess
Tuana compèleted her training on the Gulet Perla del Mare 2 before joining De Love.
