Holding an MBA in Hospitality and Tourism, Greta combines operational discipline with a strong understanding of guest psychology and service flow. She has led interior preparations through demanding refits, coordinated events and themed experiences, and managed both crew transitions and onboard logistics with confidence and clarity.  Highly organized and detail-oriented, Greta is known for anticipating guest needs before they arise, creating a calm, polished onboard atmosphere. Maria brings a polished and detail-oriented approach to life onboard, with experience in silver service, guest care, housekeeping, and maintaining an elegant interior atmosphere. Having worked primarily on charter yachts, she is comfortable adapting to different guest preferences, supporting a calm onboard rhythm, and ensuring service is delivered with discretion and consistency. Her sole stewardess experience has also strengthened her ability to manage priorities independently while remaining a reliable and supportive member of the wider crew. Emmanouil Tampouratzis is a Greek deckhand with growing experience across both charter and private yachts, including vessels from 35m to 70m, as well as wider maritime exposure through apprentice officer training onboard a 183m merchant vessel. His recent yacht experience includes charter operations in Greece and deck duties onboard larger motor yachts, giving him a solid foundation in exterior maintenance, safe deck procedures, and the standards expected within professional yacht environments. Reliable, practical, and team-oriented, Emmanouil brings a calm and willing attitude to daily operations. His background includes deckhand roles on 35m and 37m charter yachts, experience on a 70m yacht in Monaco, and yacht delivery coordination for a 43m vessel, supporting his understanding of both presentation standards and operational readiness. He holds STCW Basic Safety Training, Designated Security Duties, a seaman’s book, lifeguard certification, and a speed boat operator license. With a natural connection to the sea through swimming and fishing, Emmanouil is well suited to an active deck role where safety, teamwork, and attention to detail are essential.

Nikolaos Ilias — Chief Engineer Nikolaos Ilias is a Greek Chief Engineer with extensive commercial maritime and yachting experience, including chief engineer roles on both private and charter yachts up to 40m, and additional engineering experience on larger commercial vessels up to 200m. His background combines solid technical training with practical onboard leadership, giving him a calm and reliable approach to the smooth running of a yacht’s mechanical and operational systems.  Holding an A’ Engineer Commercial Navy licence, Nikolaos brings strong technical capability, preventative maintenance awareness, and confidence in managing engine room operations with discretion and precision. His experience across charter yachts such as M/Y Obsession, M/Y Summer Fun, M/Y Princess L, and most recently M/Y Tritone has given him a strong understanding of the standards required for guest comfort, safety, and uninterrupted service onboard.  Professional, responsible, and composed under pressure, Nikolaos is a dependable engineer who supports the wider crew quietly and effectively. His Greek maritime background, analytical approach, and collaborative character make him a reassuring presence onboard.

Captain George Goulas brings extensive experience as a charter yacht captain, combined with a driven and deeply rooted passion for the sea. Now in his second year at the helm of M/Y Flori, he offers continuity, confidence, and a precise understanding of the yacht’s standards and guest expectations. With a background spanning both skippering and yacht maintenance, George combines strong technical expertise with a hands-on approach to operations — ensuring Flori runs flawlessly at all times. His experience across premier charter destinations such as Mykonos, Santorini, and the French Riviera gives him an instinctive understanding of high-end charter dynamics and guest preferences. Professional, reliable, and naturally attentive, he leads with quiet confidence and a guest-first mindset.
