FOS was built by the Royal Van Lent Yard at Feadship to the highest standards,
She has been maintained in pristine condition by her current and previous fastidious and knowledgeable Owners.
In 2024-26 she has had a major refit including interior refit by List of Austria to the sophisticated designs of the renowned Tino Zervudachi of Paris.
FOS features an extremely elegant light-filled interior and timeless de Voogt designed exterior lines.
Her 1,078 GT of interior space offers a flexible 7 cabin layout, a guest elevator accessing all decks, gym, sauna plus expansive deck spaces including a large plunge pool and multiple areas for entertainment and relaxation.

Ioannis combines extensive commercial maritime experience as Chief Mate on large vessels with hands-on yachting experience in the luxury sector. He brings a strong foundation in navigation, bridge management, and safety procedures, ensuring structured and secure operations at all times. Calm and detail-oriented, he supports daily deck coordination, tender activities and safety drills with professionalism and precision. Outside of work, he enjoys fitness, motorbikes and martial arts.
Nikolaos Exarchos
Chief engineer
Chief Engineer Nikolaos brings extensive technical expertise and a composed, methodical approach to the engineering department. With a strong background in marine systems and preventative maintenance, he ensures that all technical operations onboard run seamlessly and efficiently. His attention to detail and commitment to reliability provide both guests and crew with complete confidence behind the scenes. Professional, solution-oriented, and discreet, he plays a critical role in maintaining the vessel’s performance to the highest standards.
Theodoris Botsi
Bosun
With over 12 years of experience in the yachting industry, Thodoris brings strong leadership, organisation, and a positive team dynamic to his role as Bosun. Having served onboard prestigious superyachts including M/Y Adora, M/Y Global, and M/Y Ancallia (for 9 years), he is highly experienced in deck operations, guest activities and watersports management. Known for his calm and solutions-oriented approach, he ensures smooth daily operations and enhances onboard experiences, delivering unforgettable moments on the water.
Michalis Papalekakos
Chief steward/ess
With a distinguished career spanning nearly four decades in cruise ships and luxury yachting, Michalis delivers world-class service defined by elegance, discretion, and precision. Since joining M/Y FOS in 2024 from the acclaimed Feadship M/Y ANCALLIA, he has elevated the interior department with refined organisation and intuitive guest care. His passion for fine cuisine, curated wine experiences and authentic Mediterranean hospitality creates a sophisticated yet welcoming atmosphere onboard. Professional and polished, he ensures each charter experience is seamless and memorable. Michalis is always available to offer his service, together with his team of stewardesses who will ensure complete guest satisfaction.
Jannah Ampog

With over seven years of experience in luxury yachting (including 6 years on board M/Y ANCALLIA) and a strong hospitality foundation, Jannah delivers refined, attentive and warm service onboard. Holding a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, alongside specialised service training, she combines professionalism with genuine care for guest comfort. Her calm demeanour, polished presentation and attention to detail ensure beautifully styled interiors and personalised guest experiences.
Manos Nychas
Deckhand
Manos combines yachting and hospitality experience with a strong service-driven mindset. Professional, adaptable, and highly organised, he thrives in fast-paced luxury environments. His attention to detail and immediate problem-solving ability support seamless onboard operations while always prioritising guest safety and satisfaction. Outside of work, he enjoys fitness, travel and swimming.
Samantha Zafra

With eight years in the yachting industry, Samantha brings dedication, adaptability and a real passion for hospitality to M/Y FOS. Holding a degree in Tourism and specialised interior training, she is known for her tailored service approach and warm, attentive personality. She ensures every guest experience is personal, elegant, and memorable. In her free time, she enjoys island hopping, photography and exploring Mediterranean culture and gastronomy.
Micha Ampog
Stewardess
Micah previously served for four years onboard the prestigious Feadship M/Y ANCALLIA, gaining valuable experience in ultra-luxury service standards. Professional, efficient, and naturally warm, she creates an atmosphere where guests feel relaxed and genuinely cared for. Her synergy with the Chief Steward ensures seamless interior operations and consistently very high guest satisfaction.
Eleftherios Zafeiris
Engineer
Eleftherios supports the engineering department with technical precision and a proactive mindset. Focused on system reliability and preventative maintenance, he ensures smooth daily operations and immediate response to any technical requirements. His structured approach and strong teamwork contribute significantly to the vessel’s overall efficiency and safety.
Oliver Honrada
Chef
Chef Oliver brings nearly a decade of culinary expertise to M/Y FOS, combining discipline, creativity and precision in every dish. A graduate of Alpine Centre Culinary School and trained in HACCP standards, he specialises in sophisticated Mediterranean and Japanese fusion cuisine, blending traditional techniques with modern refinement. Working in close synergy with his Sous Chef, he delivers bespoke menu planning, exceptional provisioning, and consistently elevated dining experiences . His philosophy centers on culinary excellence, immaculate galley standards, and high morale within the team. Outside the galley, he enjoys jogging, bowling and martial arts training.
Nikolaos Patsias
Captain
Raised by the sea and shaped by its discipline, Captain Nikolaos developed his connection to the maritime world from an early age. With over a decade of professional experience, the sea has never been merely a career path — it has been the environment in which he operates with instinctive confidence and precision. Now at the helm of M/Y FOS, he leads with calm authority, clarity of judgment and uncompromising attention to detail. His leadership style is composed and decisive, ensuring that every operation runs with precision while guests experience effortless comfort. Extensively experienced throughout the Mediterranean, he understands that true luxury is defined not by excess, but by flawless execution. From intelligently crafted itineraries to the selection of the most refined and discreet destinations, every movement of the yacht is deliberate and considered. Measured, discreet and operationally rigorous, he creates an onboard atmosphere where safety, structure and seamless service coexist without visibility. Beyond command, he values travel, refined gastronomy, fitness, scuba diving and windsurfing. Under his leadership, guests experience absolute discretion, operational excellence and a standard of professionalism defined by quiet confidence and control.
Panagiotis Balominos

With over five years in the yachting industry, Panagiotis brings reliability, strong seamanship and technical awareness to the deck team. Having served on 37m–60m motor yachts, he is experienced in deck maintenance, tender handling, mooring operations, and guest support. His background in nautical studies and electrical engineering enhances his problem-solving ability onboard. Calm under pressure and detail-orientated, he contributes to both operational efficiency and a positive crew dynamic.
Michael Begetopoulos
Deckhand
Michalis brings over 17 years of maritime experience across high-speed ferries, passenger vessels, offshore subsea projects and industrial crane operations. His background in difficult mooring conditions, crane handling and strict HSE procedures adds valuable technical strength to the deck team. Experienced in high-pressure environments, he operates with discipline, reliability, and strong teamwork. Dedicated and family-oriented, he values balance between professional excellence and personal life.
Antonios Athanasiou
First Officer
With over a decade of professional maritime experience, Antonios brings strong seamanship, structured leadership, and a proactive mindset to his role as Chief Officer. Having served on both commercial vessels and private yachts, he ensures smooth deck operations, safety management and a disciplined yet positive onboard environment. His approach is methodical and solutions-driven, maintaining high standards while fostering strong team cohesion.
