As Interior Hostess, her responsibilities span interior cleaning and maintenance, laundry, and guest service — all carried out with the kind of proactive, heads-down focus that keeps a charter running smoothly behind the scenes. Guests may not always see the effort, but they feel it in the atmosphere she creates from the very first moment on board.

With over 11 years of experience aboard luxury yachts, Rafa is a highly skilled and dedicated captain who has navigated some of the most iconic destinations across the Mediterranean, the United States, and the Caribbean. His top priorities onboard are always the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of his guests. Rafa genuinely enjoys helping guests create unforgettable memories at sea and personally ensures that every voyage is extraordinary—from the warmest welcome at embarkation to discovering hidden coves and secluded beaches. A passionate ocean and sports enthusiast, Rafa spends his free time surfing waves and skiing in Courchevel. This same energy and dedication influence his leadership on board, characterized by professionalism, enthusiasm, and a genuine commitment to excellence.

Vicente has a background in professional diving, a career he pursued for four years. Later, he decided to broaden his expertise by studying marine mechanics. Since February 2021, he has been actively working in the yachting industry. In 2022, he relocated to Australia to further advance his career. Currently, he serves as the Chief Marine Mechanic on board FONERS, where he is responsible for the onboard systems and machinery.

Gonzalo has several years of experience as a skipper, excelling in his role by maintaining the yacht's exteriors and ensuring that she consistently looks and performs at her best. He assists the captain during berthing and docking procedures, contributing to a smooth and safe experience. In addition to his primary responsibilities, Gonzalo actively participates in launching and retrieving tenders, jet skis, sea bobs, and other water toys, enhancing the guests’ enjoyment on board. Recognized as a hardworking and valuable crew member, he is well-liked by guests for his friendly demeanor, loyalty, and attentiveness.

Yachting has been part of Viola’s world since childhood. Growing up in a family deeply rooted in the nautical industry gave her an instinctive understanding of life on board — and a natural ease in the environment that most people spend years trying to acquire. Now in her second season, that foundation is clearly reflected in everything she does. On deck, Viola is meticulous and dependable. She takes the routine maintenance of the yacht seriously, applying the kind of careful, consistent attention that keeps a vessel looking and performing at its best day after day. With guests, she is warm, professional, and genuinely service-driven. She welcomes everyone on board with an ease and a smile that immediately sets the tone for the experience ahead. Her sharp eye for detail means nothing is overlooked — and her instinct to go above and beyond for guests is not something she has to think about. It simply comes naturally. With her second season underway, Viola continues to grow into a confident and well-rounded member of the crew — bringing enthusiasm, dedication, and a real sense of care to every charter.

As a passionate traveler and culinary enthusiast, Cristina is always eager to discover new flavors and culinary traditions. Cooking is her true passion, and she takes great pride in creating dishes that bring joy and memorable experiences to others. She began her career in the yachting industry as a Chef in 2017, building on her prior experience working on smaller sailboats. With over eight years of experience on both private and charter yachts, Cristina specializes in Italian, Spanish, and Mediterranean cuisines, with a particular love for Almadraba Red Tuna. She also possesses extensive knowledge of Moroccan, Thai, Japanese, and Mexican cuisines. Cristina is a highly skilled culinary professional capable of adapting effortlessly to a wide range of dietary preferences. She stays up-to-date with the latest food trends and pays close attention to important details such as energy levels, allergens, and dietary restrictions. Her diverse background in various gastronomic cultures enables her to craft a wide array of ideas, flavors, and meals tailored to any occasion, ensuring an exceptional dining experience every time.
