Raffaele Pilato
Captain
Raffaele is from Naples and was first appointed captain when 24. He has been Juppi Go's captain since 2020. Throughout his career he worked aboard a range of motoryachts: Mr Ferretti's private Ferretti yacht, Blue Ice (Baglietto 42m), M/Y Minou (Canados 82), M/Y Out (now R23), and other yachts.
Luigi Ruggiero
Deckhand
Luigi is from Napoli. He started his nautical career aboard container ships before moving to yachting. Before spending his first season aboard Juppi Go' in 2025, he worked aboard a private Azimut 68, a Sunseeker 90, a classic Benetti 33m, a Maiora 36m.
