Hrvoje is a Croatian Marine Engineer born in 1995. He has more than 5 years of maritime experience working onboard various types of vessels, including passenger vessels, cargo vessels, and high-speed craft passenger vessels. During his maritime career, he has served in different engine department positions, starting as Engine Cadet and Motorman, and progressing to 3rd Engineer, 2nd Engineer, and Sole Engineer on recent contracts. Through these roles, he has gained solid experience in engine room operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and daily technical management onboard. Hrvoje is a hardworking, self-motivated, competent, and enthusiastic engineer with a flexible attitude and strong willingness to learn. He is capable of adapting to different working environments, handling a wide range of engineering tasks, and working effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Chef Ivo brings over 15 years of culinary experience to MY Cynthia, having worked in high end restaurants and hotels since 2009. With a strong sense of professionalism, creativity and attention to detail, Ivo prides himself on crafting exceptional dishes tailored to each guest’s preferences and desires. He is full of positive energy, and his strong sense of team work makes him an invaluable member of the crew. Guests can expect a refined dining experience, enjoying his beautifully crafted dishes, which fuse international flavors with the best of Croatia's produce.

Captain Vedran is a highly experienced Yacht Master 500GT and maritime professional with more than 15 years in the yachting industry, commanding both private and charter motor yachts throughout the Mediterranean. With a Master’s Degree in Maritime Studies and extensive operational expertise, he combines strong leadership, technical knowledge, and exceptional guest service to deliver safe, efficient, and memorable cruising experiences. Throughout his career, Captain Vedran has successfully managed yachts ranging from 45ft to 120ft, navigating extensively across Croatia, Italy, France, Montenegro, Greece, Albania, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom. Known for his calm and professional approach, Captain Vedran has extensive charter experience under MYBA standards and is dedicated to ensuring owners and guests receive the highest level of service, safety, and comfort onboard. Before entering the yachting industry, Vedran worked as a biologist at the Marine Research Institute “Rudjer Boskovic” and the National Park Mljet, further reflecting his strong connection to the sea and marine environment.

Hailing from Croatia, Andrea is a friendly, hardworking, and motivated stewardess with a strong background in hospitality, bartending, and guest service, along with two seasons of yacht experience onboard 33m and 50m vessels. She enjoys working in fast-paced environments and takes pride in creating a welcoming and comfortable experience for both guests and crew. With more than 5 years of experience in the cocktail and coffee industry, she brings great barista and cocktail-making skills, strong attention to detail, and a positive attitude. Her background working at private events, weddings, and busy bars has helped her develop excellent communication, multitasking, and teamwork skills. She is confident with housekeeping, laundry, guest service, provisioning, and helping organize reservations and day-to-day interior operations. Reliable, adaptable, and easy to work with, she stays calm under pressure and is always willing to help wherever needed onboard. Passionate about hospitality and her career in yachting, Andrea brings great energy, professionalism, and a strong work ethic on board Cynthia.

Marija is a dedicated and hardworking stewardess from Croatia with experience in luxury hospitality, housekeeping, and guest service both ashore and onboard. Having worked on charter vessels and in five-star hotels, she consistently delivers exceptional service while maintaining immaculate interior standards. Her background in retail management has strengthened her organisational, leadership, and communication skills, enabling her to thrive in fast-paced environments. Friendly, reliable, and eager to learn, Marija takes pride in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience. She is a positive team player who values professionalism, attention to detail, and continuous personal growth.

With a passion for the sea, and a strong background in yachting, Ivan began his maritime career with a formal education in maritime studies. He takes pride in maintaining the exterior of the vessel to the highest standard and ensuring smooth daily operations. Ivan enjoys working in a team environment and always brings a positive, can-do attitude on board.
