Hobbies: Ocean paddling, chess, keeping fit in general Over the last 27 years Benjamin has logged 150.000NM. as Captain in many major cruising areas around the world on racing, private and commercial yachts both motor and sail. Subsequently, he has been intensely involved with various shipyards for new builds and the aftermath of such projects. His goal is to uphold the standards of safety and service towards the owner and guests. Within the complexity of yachts today, safety, service and punctuality are key.

Julie holds a degree in Hospitality & Event Management and a MBA degree in International Business Management. She has a wide range of experience in managing teams under legacy designs as well as recreating interior teams and operational programs during and post new builds and refit. By nature, calm, pleasant, helpful and hardworking, Julie has a passion for great food and high-end service. She works tirelessly to ensure everything is prepared exactly to the guests’ expectations. This gives her a great sense of personal satisfaction and continuous thrive forward. Outside work Julie enjoys swimming, kite surfing, motocross, horse riding, athletics, travelling and playing the guitar.

Rattana goes by the nick name "Oak" symbolic for her work ethics: hard working, quick learning, very attentive to details. Even under pressure she remains cheerful and polite. She has a strong background in the hospitality industry. It is Rattana's third season on board LUMIÈRE.

Seth is an enthusiastic and young Australian currently. Energetic by nature and genuinely passionate about the ocean, Seth brings a warm, attentive approach to guest experience alongside a solid practical grounding in deck work. On the water, Seth has worked as a deckhand with Seaworld Cruises in Brisbane, handling mooring operations, vessel upkeep and passenger safety under a professional captain. He is a qualified surf lifesaver and IRB driver, giving him real confidence and composure in and around the water. Ashore, Seth comes from a busy hospitality background on Queensland's Gold Coast. Outside of work, Seth is an active and adventurous character who enjoys wakeboarding, snowboarding, motorbikes, golf and volleyball — always chasing the next experience, on or off the water.

Joshua is a hardworking, cheerful and highly experienced deck officer with 7+ years aboard private and charter yachts ranging from 32m to 52m. He brings a positive, proactive attitude to every vessel and excels in guest-facing roles — known for his warm communication style, watersports expertise and reliable professionalism under the pressure of back-to-back charters. He has extensive experience driving high-performance tenders and chase boats including a 44ft Vanquish twin-screw tender, 42ft Saxdor, 50ft Axopar, 38ft Boston Whaler and Mastercraft wake surf boat. He is a qualified PWC instructor and experienced in E-foil and wake surf instruction, making him a standout asset for charter seasons focused on guest experience. Hobbies include soccer, gym, wake boarding, socializing with friends, hiking, rock climbing and martial arts

Stanislav is a highly capable and detail-oriented engineer with a strong foundation in both commercial shipping and superyacht operations. Now fully committed to the yachting industry, he brings a calm, professional approach to engine room management and a genuine understanding of the standards that private and charter yachts demand. He is known for being respectful, discreet, and easy to work alongside. Hobbies include playing chess, reading, especially scientific and technical literature, spending time with his family and traveling.

Alonso is a highly experienced charter yacht chef with a strong international culinary background and a guest-focused approach. With over 15 years in the yachting industry, he specializes in Mediterranean and international cuisine, delivering flavorful, visually refined dishes tailored to charter guests’ preferences. Alonso is highly skilled in managing demanding charter schedules, large guest numbers, and last-minute requests while maintaining excellent food presentation and consistency. He is well-versed in special diets including halal, kosher, vegan, gluten-free, and allergy-specific menus. Known for efficient provisioning, cost control, and smooth galley operations, Alonso consistently enhances the onboard charter experience with professional, adaptable, and high-quality cuisine.
