Captain
Captain Javier brings over 25 years of distinguished experience in the luxury yachting industry, having commanded private and charter vessels throughout the Mediterranean, Atlantic Ocean, and European waterways. His extensive career includes captaining vessels ranging from 40 to 90 feet, with deep expertise across multiple prestigious brands including Sanlorenzo, Azimut, Ferretti, Sunseeker, and Canados. Currently serving as Captain of MICHISAN and previously commanding GRAN ABE, an Azimut 77S, Captain Javier has built a reputation for exceptional seamanship, technical proficiency, and meticulous attention to detail. His comprehensive knowledge spans navigation, mechanical and electronic systems, hydraulic systems, and technical consulting, making him equally adept at both operational excellence and vessel maintenance. Beyond his technical capabilities, Captain Javier has collaborated extensively with renowned shipyards and yacht brokers, bringing valuable industry connections and insights to every charter. His calm demeanor, professional approach, and commitment to safety ensure that guests enjoy a seamless and secure experience while exploring the beautiful waters of the Balearic Islands. With certifications including PPER (Professional Recreational Vessel Captain), fire safety, first aid, and scuba diving, Captain Javier is fully equipped to handle any situation with confidence and expertise.
