For Brandon, adventure and boating are his true passions. He has spent his whole life on boats for various reasons, with fishing standing out as his favorite activity. Born and raised in South Africa, he set off at 22 to travel and work abroad. When he’s not on a boat, he’s likely racing around on his MX dirt bike or spending quality time with family. He finds joy in yachting, especially in meeting new people and experiencing diverse cultures. His long-term goal is clear: to embrace this lifestyle for as long as possible, with his sights set on becoming a captain one day.

Marija was born and raised in Macedonia. She began her first journey to England after leaving home some 20+ years ago. Shortly after England, she set sail to the Caribbean and now counting 15+ years of professional work experience in the yachting industry. Once she set foot on the beautiful island of St. Maarten, she started bartending which resulted in winning two competitions. Her eagerness to travel, explore and broaden her horizons led her to the first job as a stew on a mega yacht. The promotion to chief stew came shortly thereafter and has been her passion ever since. As chief stew, she shares her loyalty, enthusiasm, hard work, charisma, and positive energy with both the crew and the guests. You will always be greeted by her smiling face and be prepared for the contagious laughter she enjoys spreading on board. In addition to making sure guests needs and wants are met, she makes sure that the staff members are performing the required duties effectively and efficiently, ensuring that the guests will leave with an unforgettable experience. She also acquired a cooking degree in Spain and easily jump into the kitchen when the opportunity presents itself. Preparing exotic cocktails is her specialty so make sure to ask for one of her favorite while on board. When not on a boat, she loves hiking, traveling, and catching up with friends on a beautiful sandy beach or a night out exploring all that a city has to offer. Macedonian. When she’s not on board, she enjoys fitness, yoga, and outdoor adventures that keep her grounded and full of energy. On charter, Genevieve brings that same enthusiasm and positivity into her work. She has a natural eye for detail and a calm, friendly presence that makes guests feel instantly comfortable. Whether setting a beautiful table, planning a themed evening, or making sure every cabin feels like home, she prides herself on creating warm, elegant experiences. Hailing from South Africa, Luke brings energy, professionalism, and a true passion for the ocean to every charter. He started his career out in the Mediterranean and has been in the industry for almost 4 years now. As a skilled deckhand, he thrives on keeping the yacht in pristine condition, ensuring smooth tender operations, and creating unforgettable days on the water. Whether assisting with watersports, guiding guests safely to shore, or setting up for fun in the sun, Luke’s focus is always on delivering seamless service with a smile. His approachable nature, positive energy, and dedication to safety make him a valued member of the crew who guests can always rely on for both professionalism and good vibes.

Born at the Antigua Yacht Club, Captain Marco Ravanello was truly raised in the world of yachting. With over 20 years of experience in the industry and 9 years as captain on yachts between 30 and 45 meters, Marco combines professionalism, calm leadership, and a lifelong connection to the ocean. Sailing runs in his blood—his mother crossed the Atlantic in 1970 on a classic schooner, and Marco has since completed 15 Atlantic crossings of his own. His knowledge of the Caribbean is second to none, and he takes pride in showing guests the region’s most beautiful and lesser-known spots.When off duty, Marco lives in the UK countryside with his wife and dog, enjoying a quieter life on a smallholding. A keen sportsman, he enjoys rugby, golf, football, tennis, and scuba diving.

My culinary journey began in pastry, where I spent seven years mastering the art of precision, creativity, and technique. From there, my passion for cooking led me into the kitchen, where I dedicated the next thirteen years to refining my craft. As Sous Chef at one of Montpellier's finest Japanese restaurants, I developed a refined and highly technical style of cuisine inspired by Asian flavors and traditions. Later, as Sous Chef at the renowned Toulouse brasserie of Michelin-starred Chef Christian Constant, I specialized in reimagining classic French dishes with a modern and contemporary approach while preserving their authentic character and flavor. After relocating to Sint Maarten, I embraced the vibrant flavors and ingredients of the Caribbean, further expanding my culinary repertoire. These diverse experiences have shaped my unique culinary identity: a strong foundation in traditional French cuisine enhanced with Asian influences and Caribbean flair. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and expertise, which is why I also offer private cooking lessons. Whether preparing an intimate dinner, a special celebration, or a fully customized dining experience, I create each menu around your tastes and preferences.
