Surfing turned into his passion and then helping out with washdowns and regattas at the Royal Cape Yacht Club became the next logical step for him. He began yachting in 1999 in Mallorca. In 2000 Luke got his first permanent job.

From the age of four Natasha Ciman was making fresh pasta, baking breads and cake sand stoking the pizza oven with her large Italian family. She's owned her own little coffee shop where she produced home cooked Italian food to go along with their freshly brewed coffee. But she finally decided to fulfil her dream of doing what she loves the most.

After working for 4 years in hospitality in Cape Town, Ryan Wegner decided to join the yachting industry in 2016 where he could combine his passion for hospitality with his love for the sea. Interacting with guests and ensuring they have a memorable stay onboard is his top priority.

Koula grew up in the historic town of Swellendam, one of South Africa’s oldest towns, where a strong sense of heritage and an appreciation for natural beauty shaped her keen eye for detail and passion for creating welcoming spaces. With a background in event management and coordination, she quickly found her place within the yachting and hospitality.
