Jonathan Copsey
Captain
Jonathan brings extensive experience managing both busy private and charter programs, as well as working with high-demand UHNW individuals. Dynamic and resourceful, Jonathan has a proactive, can-do approach that enables him to bring out the best in his crew while consistently delivering exceptional experiences for owners and guests. He is approachable and leads by example, fostering a positive and safety-focused working culture on board.
Jordan Rennie
Bosun
Jordan is an experienced Bosun/Chase Captain who works closely with the First Mate to support the operational leadership of the deck team. He has extensive experience operating tenders ranging from 6m to 12m, delivering tender cruises, supporting watersports and diving operations, and managing daily logistics such as provisioning and waste management. A reliable and proactive deck crew member, Jordan brings strong expertise in passage planning, chase boat engineering maintenance, and a thorough knowledge of Awlgrip, deck chemicals, and general maintenance procedures, developed over more than three seasons in the yachting industry. He has regularly stood watch and completed night passages, consistently upholding the highest standards of safety, vigilance, and professionalism.

Maya is an enthusiastic and service-driven stewardess and spa therapist with a warm, professional approach to guest care. With a background in beauty therapy and massage, Maya brings a calm and reassuring presence, paired with exceptional attention to detail and a passion for creating a welcoming, luxurious environment. She thrives under pressure, adapts quickly to new situations, and consistently maintains the highest standards of cleanliness, organisation, and teamwork. Graham Willars
Chief engineer
Graham is a commercially trained, hands-on engineer with a strong all-round skill set across mechanical, electrical, and AVIT disciplines. With 10 years of experience as both Chief and Second Engineer on yachts ranging from 40–80m, he brings a high level of technical expertise and operational knowledge. He has an excellent work ethic, is highly adaptable, and thrives on challenges, consistently taking pride in delivering work to the highest standard. Graham is known for his friendly and cooperative demeanour, and he is always willing to go the extra mile to support his team and ensure smooth onboard operations.
