Captain

Captain Panagiotis Anthoulakis is an accomplished maritime professional with over two decades of experience in naval command and vessel operations. A graduate of the prestigious Hellenic Naval Academy, he has held senior command positions across various naval vessels and yachts. With a distinguished career that includes participation in international NATO and EU missions, advanced navigation training, and ship handling instruction, Captain Anthoulakis brings a rare combination of precision, leadership, and refined seafaring expertise. His calm demeanor, operational excellence, and guest-focused mindset make him exceptionally suited to the demands of luxury yachting. He holds an array of certifications, including ECDIS, Speedboat Operator, Offshore Sailing Skipper, Advanced Open Water Diver, and Lifeguard Assistant. Fluent in English and Greek, Captain Panagiotis ensures both safety and elegance on board, delivering smooth and memorable charter experiences across the Mediterranean. Chef

Chef Christos Koronitis is a classically trained and highly experienced culinary professional with over 20 years of expertise in fine dining, hospitality, and luxury yachting. His refined technique, creative flair, and calm leadership have earned him recognition aboard private and charter yachts up to 45 meters, as well as in elite resorts and boutique restaurants. Christos has served as Private or Seasonal Chef on renowned yachts such as M/Y Bolaro, M/Y Obsession, M/Y Bella Stella, and M/Y MY TOY, consistently delivering elegant and tailored gastronomic experiences for high-end guests. His versatile cuisine ranges from Mediterranean classics to contemporary fusion, with a deep understanding of dietary preferences and nutritional cuisine from his early career at Secret Diet. In parallel with his culinary practice, he has also served as a culinary instructor in state and private hospitality institutes, training the next generation of chefs. His educational background includes postgraduate specialization in Culinary Arts and molecular gastronomy seminars, along with STCW certifications for yacht service.

Apostolos Andresakis

Bosun

Apostolos is an experienced and dependable Bosun with a solid yachting career spanning over 18 years aboard both private and charter motor yachts. With deep hands-on expertise in deck operations, water toy handling, and guest support, Apostolos ensures a smooth, safe, and enjoyable onboard experience for all. He has served on prestigious yachts including M/Y Oktana, M/Y Lena, M/Y Aurora, and M/Y ELYSIUM, and is currently part of the crew on VYNO. His calm demeanor and professional approach make him a trusted figure on board, highly appreciated by both guests and crew. Apostolos holds a Captain A Diploma, Bosun License, and certifications in firefighting, lifesaving, Ro-Ro passenger safety, tender operations, and security. His practical knowledge, attention to detail, and passion for the sea are reflected in the care he brings to every task, whether it’s line handling, tender driving, or assisting during high-end charters.
