LONG ISLAND 87
The Long Island 87’ is the result of 15 years of collaboration between JFA Yachts and Marc Lombard Yacht Design Group. It builds on over three decades of experience in designing and constructing large cruising multihulls for long-range voyaging.
This model is built with a focus on durability, performance, and reliability. It benefits from JFA’s expertise in aluminum and composite construction, cabinetry, technical systems, and finishing. With a carefully managed lightweight structure, the yacht is designed for efficient sailing and motoring, even in rough conditions.
The Long Island 87’ offers a displacement approximately 30% lower than comparable models, which translates to higher average speeds and reduced fuel consumption. Its engineering emphasizes safety, comfort, and long-range autonomy, making it suitable for extended bluewater cruising.
