Tomaso Giachino
Chef
Tomaso is a young Italian chef whose trajectory through some of the country's most respected restaurant kitchens speaks for itself. Still in his early twenties, he has already staged at the three-Michelin-starred Villa Crespi under Antonino Cannavacciuolo, worked the line at one-starred Villa Naj under Dario Fisichella, and served as Demi Chef de Cuisine at two-starred Relais Sant'Uffizio, a formation that few chefs his age can match. Now transitioning to the world of yachting, Tomaso brings with him the discipline, precision and creative sensibility that fine dining demands, combined with a genuine passion for quality ingredients and refined plating. For guests on board, this translates into food that feels considered and special, restaurant-level cooking served in the most beautiful setting imaginable. Maria brings an unexpected and genuinely distinctive quality to her role on board, a Master's degree in Fine Arts from Milan's Brera Academy. That background in aesthetics and attention to detail informs everything she does, from floral arrangements and table decoration to the quiet elegance she brings to every guest interaction. She gained her sea-based experience aboard a 52-metre private motor yacht, where she developed a thorough grounding in interior service, housekeeping, silver service and fine dining. Warm, discreet and naturally attuned to the expectations of a discerning clientele, Maria understands that great stewardessing is as much about atmosphere as it is about service. Samuele Ventura
Deckhand
Samuele grew up by the sea and never left it. A graduate of the Nautical Institute of Livorno, he has spent the past several seasons building solid charter experience across a range of private motor yachts, from a Ferretti 620 tracing the entire Italian coastline from La Spezia to Rimini, to a 33-metre yacht covering 4,000–5,000 miles in a single season between the Gulf of Naples, Sardinia and the Balearic Islands. Samuele is confident with water toys, tender driving and night watch duties, Being a certified rescue diver, he brings safety awareness and aquatic expertise that guests will appreciate the moment the toys are deployed.
