Rosalinda Leonardi joins M/Y MANARA PRIMA as Stewardess, bringing a strong background in luxury hospitality and guest relations, together with recent experience in the luxury yacht charter industry. Before entering yachting, Rosalinda built a solid foundation in high end hospitality through roles as Guest Officer in Porto Cervo and Guest Relations specialist in Taormina. These positions gave her valuable experience in guest reception, reservation management, customer assistance and attentive service in refined, international environments. Since joining the yachting sector, she has developed a good understanding of onboard service standards, guest care and the rhythm of charter operations. Her calm manner, adaptability and attention to detail allow her to support the interior team while contributing to a smooth and welcoming experience for guests. She speaks Italian and Spanish fluently, English at an advanced level and has an intermediate knowledge of Mandarin Chinese. She also holds a degree in Intercultural and Linguistic Mediation, further supporting her ability to communicate with international guests. Organised, discreet and guest focused, Rosalinda brings to MANARA PRIMA a warm and professional presence, well suited to attentive onboard service.

Captain Paolo Ciuffoletti manages M/Y MANARA PRIMA, bringing extensive command experience and a long standing career in the yachting industry dating back to 1987. Italian and born in 1964, he speaks Italian, English and French, and is a member of the Italian Yacht Masters association. Paolo holds Master 3000 GT qualifications and has commanded a wide range of private yachts, from 24m units to larger vessels including Codecasa 62m, Icon 42m, Custom Line 106’, Codecasa 43m, Tecnema 95, Riva Opera 80, Ferretti 80 and Pershing 88. His background includes both long term commands and temporary captain replacements, demonstrating adaptability across different yacht programmes, owners and operational requirements. His maritime career began after training at the Maritime High School “Amerigo Vespucci” in Gallipoli, followed by military service with the Italian Coast Guard. He also crossed the Atlantic from Genoa to St. Lucia as Second Officer on a 32m sailing yacht, adding valuable offshore experience to his Mediterranean background. Captain Ciuffoletti’s qualifications include STCW training, advanced firefighting, medical care, radar and ARPA, GMDSS, ECDIS, ship security officer training, passenger ship training and crew management. He is also a qualified diver, with PADI Open Water, Advanced Open Water and Rescue Diver certifications. Serious, reliable and highly experienced, Paolo brings to MANARA PRIMA a calm command style, strong technical awareness and a professional approach to safety, navigation and the smooth management of the yacht.
