Since entering the industry in 2010, he has built a strong reputation for technical expertise, reliability, and problem-solving under pressure, supported by multiple transatlantic crossings and worldwide operational experience. His broad skill set covers all onboard engineering systems, ensuring safe, eOicient, and uninterrupted yacht performance at all times. Nico also developed YachtWorx, a planned maintenance system used on yachts internationally, reflecting his structured approach and commitment to the highest standards of safety and preventative maintenance, giving guests complete confidence while onboard.
