A graduate of the prestigious ALMA International School of Italian Cuisine, his foundation is rooted in the rigorous standards of Michelin-starred establishments and luxury hospitality. His professional evolution has seen him thrive in diverse environments, from serving as a Demi-chef de Partie at the Belmond Hotel Splendido to leading a kitchen as Executive Chef in Sweden. With specialized expertise in modern catering, vacuum cooking, and advanced pastry techniques, Edoardo combines technical precision with a calm, adaptable demeanor under pressure. Having honed his skills across Italy, Belgium, and Scandinavia, he is now looking forward to bringing his refined Mediterranean artistry and strong team-oriented work ethic to the yachting industry. With extensive experience as a hostess on both monohulls and catamarans, Ioanna has expertly navigated the Cyclades and Argo-Saronic islands, ensuring seamless guest experiences and high-quality service. Her background in luxury hotel management further enhances her ability to provide personalized, high-end care for every passenger. A skilled sailor who has completed offshore sailing courses, she is as comfortable assisting with vessel transportations as she is managing interior aesthetics. Riccardo’s lifelong passion for the sea began on the Roman coast, evolving from a personal pursuit into a distinguished maritime career. With over 65,000 nautical miles logged, he has spent decades mastering the waters of the Aegean and Tyrrhenian Seas. His journey is defined by versatility and growth, from commanding a 90-foot wooden motorsailer for eight years to overseeing the radical refit of a 72-foot Irwin sailing yacht. Most recently, Riccardo served as Captain on an Azimut 78', further refining his expertise in high-end vessel management. Beyond his technical mastery of engine and hydraulic systems, he is a composed leader who prioritizes safety and a positive onboard atmosphere.
