Carlo brings on board over 25 years in the luxury yacht charter industry, combining extensive experience as Yacht Captain and Chief Officer with a strong background in MYBA charters, new builds, refits, and yacht management. Holding a Master 500 GT and Chief Officer 3000 GT Commercial Endorsement, he has sailed more than 70,000 nautical miles across the Mediterranean, Red Sea, Caribbean, and Seychelles. Known for his calm leadership style, professionalism, and solution-oriented mindset, Carlo is highly experienced in guest relations, crew management, safety procedures, and high-end charter operations. Multilingual in Italian, English, French, and Romanian, he is passionate about delivering exceptional onboard experiences while maintaining the highest operational standards. Alessandro is a motivated and versatile deckhand with hands-on experience aboard both sailing and motor yachts, bringing strong seamanship skills, a proactive attitude, and a solid work ethic to every position. With experience in deck, steward, cook, and engineering support roles, he is confident in watchkeeping, line handling, anchoring, tender driving, sailing manoeuvres, and exterior maintenance. Having completed an Atlantic Ocean crossing, Alessandro has gained valuable offshore experience while supporting navigation, safety procedures, and long-passage operations. His background also includes guest service, provisioning, interior detailing, laundry, and cooking for both guests and crew, demonstrating his adaptability and team-oriented mindset. In addition to his operational skills, Alessandro is an accomplished bartender with a talent for creating exceptional cocktails.

Annie is a motivated and hardworking stewardess bringing a strong work ethic and positive attitude. With experience in both interior and deck operations, she has developed solid skills in interior detailing, laundry and ironing, meal service, provisioning and tender operations. Having worked aboard 25m and 33m yachts, Annie is comfortable operating in fast-paced team environments and is dedicated to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest service. Passionate about the yachting industry and eager to continue growing professionally, Annie is known for her reliability, energy, adaptability, and willingness to learn. Her enthusiasm for watersports and active lifestyle further complement her strong team spirit and onboard versatility.
