I hold an MCA Master 200 GT, RYA Yachtmaster Offshore, and an Italian Unlimited Nautical License for Power Vessels. My STCW certifications include Advanced Fire Fighting, Elementary First Aid, Personal Survival Techniques (PST), PSSR, and GMDSS G.O.C. In addition, I am an IKO Level 2 Certified Kitesurf Instructor, allowing me to further enrich the onboard guest experience through water sports instruction and supervision.

Over 5 years experience working as a Stewardess Chef onboard private and charter M/Y based in Sardinia, working for very important clients in those years. Very passionate about creating menu of any sort to meet and exceed guests' and owners' expectations: my main area of expertise is Mediterranean cuisine (fish, meat, vegetarian, vegan, and fresh pasta dishes), although I love to explore more exotic cuisines and combine different flavors to create something unique!

In 2024, I completed a traditional Thai massage course in Chiang Mai, adding a valuable wellness skill that enhances the onboard guest experience. I speak Italian, English, Spanish, and French, and I am committed to delivering exceptional service standards in a luxury yachting environment while continuing to develop my skills and experience.
