A graduate in mechanical engineering, he has honed his expertise across global cruising grounds since 2016, specializing in electrical and electronic systems. Known for his forward-thinking approach, he anticipates challenges before they arise, giving guests peace of mind that every comfort is safeguarded. Equally valued for his approachable and engaging personality, he bridges the technical with the human, creating a reassuring presence both in the engine room and among guests. Duje Dumbelović is a creative and highly adaptable chef who brings a refined, guest-focused approach to dining on board. With a strong background in respected restaurants and experience as a sole chef on private yachts, he understands how to deliver both consistency and a personal touch in every meal. His cuisine is inspired by Mediterranean flavours, elevated with modern techniques and thoughtful presentation. From light, fresh lunches to elegant multi-course dinners, Duje carefully tailors each menu to guests’ preferences, creating a seamless and enjoyable culinary experience throughout the charter. Confident in managing all aspects of the galley, he works independently with ease—planning menus, sourcing quality ingredients and ensuring every detail is taken care of. His calm and organised approach allows guests to feel relaxed, knowing they are in capable hands. Professional yet approachable, Duje brings a warm energy on board, combining creativity, precision and a genuine passion for food—making every dining moment part of the overall luxury experience.

Elegant and detail-driven, Dominika ensures RENATA’s interior runs with flawless precision and warmth. Her background in finance, combined with years in luxury hospitality, gives her an exceptional ability to anticipate needs and manage complex service with effortless grace. As Chief Stewardess, she leads her team with composure and inspires a standard of service that consistently exceeds expectations. Ivana is a friendly and reliable stewardess who creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere on board. With experience working as a solo stewardess, she is confident in handling all interior duties while staying organised, calm and focused throughout the charter. She has a natural sense for guest care and pays attention to the small details that make a difference—from well-presented cabins to thoughtful, personalised service. Ivana enjoys working with people and easily adapts to different guests and onboard routines. Positive, discreet and easy to work with, she brings a relaxed and professional energy to the crew, helping create a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone on board.

Ivan is currently working onboard M/Y Renata as a deckhand, but he brings far more to the role. He is incredibly personable, kind, and attentive, with a natural ability to connect with guests, which makes him consistently very well received onboard. What truly sets him apart is his background. Ivan has over 8 years of experience in the yachting industry, having worked as a professional skipper and crewed captain across Croatia, the British Virgin Islands, the Bahamas, and French Polynesia. He has handled a wide range of yachts, completed multiple deliveries across the Mediterranean, and is fully confident in navigation, operations, and guest service. Ivan is an active outdoor enthusiast who enjoys high-altitude hiking and weight training, and is also a certified scuba diver (PADI) and licensed drone pilot. With his strong qualifications and hands-on experience, he is highly capable, ambitious, and extremely reliable. In all honesty, he is overqualified for a deckhand position and has clear potential to step into much more senior roles.

Jomar enriches the deck team with his dual experience as a deckhand and second engineer. His hands-on technical knowledge, paired with a strong work ethic, makes him a versatile and reliable crew member. Guests benefit from his proactive support in water activities, tender handling, and day-to-day exterior care, all delivered with enthusiasm and professionalism. Dedicated to continuous learning, Jomar ensures RENATA’s operations are smooth and efficient, creating an atmosphere of trust and ease for everyone on board.

Hrvoje is a motivated and reliable deck officer with solid experience gained across a range of international waters, including projects in South America, Africa, and Asia. His background has shaped him into a confident professional who remains calm under pressure and focused on delivering safe and efficient operations on board. He is known for his strong work ethic and attention to detail, as well as his ability to work closely with multicultural crews. Hrvoje naturally takes on responsibility and contributes positively to the onboard atmosphere, combining a professional approach with an easygoing and approachable personality. Achieving his Master license at a young age reflects both his dedication and steady career progression. Outside of work, Hrvoje leads an active lifestyle and has a background as a former professional water polo player, which brings discipline, team spirit and a strong sense of commitment into everything he does. These qualities make him not only a capable officer, but also a pleasant and well-balanced presence on board.

Jakica has joined as a stewardess, bringing great energy, professionalism, and a naturally warm approach to guest service. She is highly organized, adaptable, and attentive, making her a strong addition to a larger crew environment. She has been working in yachting since 2017, gaining valuable experience on both private and charter yachts, where she developed a strong understanding of high standards and guest expectations onboard. In addition, Jakica is a certified fitness trainer with a background in kinesiology, adding an extra dimension to the guest experience, especially for those who enjoy staying active during their charter.
