Clare. After graduating university with Bach. of Arts in Early Childhood Studies and a Master’s in Education, she set up and managed a preschool in an area for disadvantaged communities. While on a career break she discovered yachting in 2017 and never looked back. Over the last 8 years she has cruised 10 seas and 3 Oceans on boats ranging from 30m to 92m. She has managed interiors of both private and charter vessels, hosting to the desires of Ultra High Net Worth clientele. Claire loves to curate guest experiences to their surrounding areas and being a part of creating memories of a lifetime. Nationality: Texan First Joined Yachting: 2008 M/Y Colibri Joining date: September 2025 Interests: Yachting, Ecology, History, Diving, Spearfishing, Hiking, Exploring, Traveling, and Surfing  Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, Jeff carries the values of Southern hospitality and deep-rooted respect wherever he goes. His love for the ocean was sparked early, working alongside his father on commercial fishing boats—a formative experience that set the course for a lifelong maritime career. Starting from the bottom and working his way up, Jeff became a licensed charter captain by the age of 21. With nearly two decades of yachting experience, including 14 years as a dual-role captain and engineer, he has travelled extensively to over 60 countries. Despite his global travels, his true passion lies in the rich waters of Costa Rica. Jeff is deeply engaged in studying the region’s unique ecology, from its vibrant marine life to its diverse terrestrial flora and fauna. He also explores Costa Rica’s geological formations, combining adventure with a strong scientific curiosity. He currently holds a U.S. Coast Guard Master 1600-ton license and has captained vessels up to 50 meters. As a self-taught engineer, he has successfully managed engineering responsibilities on yachts up to 40 meters in length. Jeff’s blend of hands-on technical skill, leadership, and a passion for the natural world makes him a highly capable and well-rounded maritime professional. He has travelled much of the world for both work and leisure. Joshua started
off his yachting career in Dubai and then later moving over to the mediterranean. His love for travel brought him to the industry. In his spare time, you will find him at the beach, snowboarding, sightseeing, playing touch rugby or tennis and travelling. Joshua has recently completed his master of yachts 200 GT license and looks to climb the ranks at a steady pace while cruising the around the world.
