Responsible for maintaining and repairing the yacht’s machinery and systems, Kirillos ensures the vessel operates smoothly and efficiently at all times. In addition to his technical proficiency, he is often a quiet yet essential presence on board, ensuring that everything runs seamlessly so guests can enjoy a peaceful experience. Ina was born in 1987 and raised in Athens. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing. Ina is a polished, personable professional who excels in providing top-tier service while ensuring the comfort and luxury of guests aboard. With a deep understanding of hospitality and an eye for detail, she manages everything from fine dining experiences to ensuring the yacht is pristine and welcoming. Apostolis is a passionate and driven 24-year-old who has a deep love for the sea. Upon graduating high school, he embarked on his career in the yachting industry, gaining hands-on experience working on motor yachts. Apostolis is a dedicated, reliable, and energetic professional who excels in a fast- paced, outdoor environment. Renowned for his versatility and strong work ethic, he takes pride in maintaining the yacht’s exterior, ensuring that the deck remains clean and well-organized while assisting with the yacht’s operation during navigation. Holding a speedboat license, Apostolis works with enthusiasm and determination alongside the Shooting Star crew. His passion for all things related to water, particularly fishing and water sports, is evident in his commitment to guiding guests through a variety of water-based activities. Whether above or below the water, he enjoys spending his days introducing guests to the yacht’s water toys, ensuring a memorable and exciting experience for all. Ioanna Vanaka
Stewardess
Ioanna holds a Diploma in Conservator of Artworks and Antiquities and, after gaining experience in the sales industry ashore, decided to pursue a career in yachting in 2022, driven by her passion for hospitality and travel. Ioanna is a highly organized, efficient, and versatile professional who plays a vital role in supporting Ina while ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. She is responsible for overseeing the interior of the yacht, assisting with guest services, and managing housekeeping duties. Ioanna works closely with the rest of Shooting Star crew, ensuring that all aspects of service are coordinated and that the yacht’s interior is maintained to the highest standards. Whether helping to prepare an event, providing personalized service, or stepping in to assist Ina during busy times, Ioanna ensures that guests feel well taken care of while upholding the yacht’s reputation for excellence. Tasos was born and raised in Athens and is 35 years old. He holds a four-year Captain’s degree from the Hellenic Navy Academy, an MBA, and a Master 500GT Superyacht Certificate. Following a distinguished 12-year career as a Navy Officer, he retired with the rank of Lieutenant to pursue a career in yachting. Tasos is a dynamic leader who blends technical expertise with exceptional interpersonal skills. With years of experience navigating Greek waters, he possesses an in-depth understanding of ship handling, navigation, and safety protocols, always ensuring the smooth operation of the vessel. His vast knowledge of maritime weather patterns, engineering systems, and regulations ensures the crew’s safety while providing guests with a worry-free experience. His approachability and hospitality skills make him an excellent host, often engaging with guests to ensure their comfort and satisfaction. He is passionate about all water-related things, with expertise in extreme sports and water toys.
