Alessandro BUCCA
Captain
Alessandro is a professional and passionate sailor with over 30 years of experience on both monohull and multihull sailing yachts up to 80ft. A leader with a “can-do” attitude, Alessandro combines technical expertise with a warm, service-oriented approach, ensuring guests enjoy a safe and memorable charter experience. Having logged extensive sea miles throughout the Mediterranean, Atlantic, and Indian Ocean, he is highly experienced in voyage planning, navigation, refit supervision, and crew management. His calm, positive energy creates an enjoyable and professional environment for guests and crew alike. Alessandro speaks Italian (Native) and English (fluent).
Camilo Ramirez
Deckhand
With experience on yachts throughout the Mediterranean, Camilo has developed strong skills in deck operations, tender driving, guest service, and watersports assistance. He is confident in anchoring, mooring, navigation duties, watchkeeping and general vessel maintenance. Motivated, professional, and passionate about the sea, Camilo brings a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent adaptability onboard. Camilo speaks English, Spanish, and Italian.
