Andrea Bianchi

Captain

An Italian native and seasoned mariner, Andrea brings over 40 years of yachting expertise, making him one of the most experienced charter captains in the Mediterranean. The son of a Navy officer, Andrea began his journey in yachting at a young age, starting as a skipper on classic charter sailing yachts by the age of 20. After two decades at the helm of sailing vessels, he transitioned to motor yachts, where his charter expertise continued to grow. Since 2006, Andrea has been the captain of M/Y Antisan, overseeing her complete refit and ensuring every detail is meticulously planned. Known for his exacting standards and deep dedication to guest satisfaction, Andrea guarantees an exceptional charter experience. He is fluent in Italian, English, French, and Spanish.

Chef

Andrea is an accomplished Italian chef with nearly 25 years of experience in prestigious Italian restaurants. A graduate of Culinary High School, he joined the Antisan team three years ago, bringing his culinary excellence to the high seas. His dishes consistently impress guests, and he effortlessly caters to large groups with ease. Andrea's cooking is nothing short of extraordinary, adding a gourmet touch to the M/Y Antisan experience. While his English is intermediate, his culinary creations speak the universal language of exceptional taste.

Ion Bejan

Engineer

A Romanian national, Ion has been a valued member of the Antisan team since 2008. Fluent in Italian, English, and French, Ion is known for his earnest work ethic and constant smile. His dedication keeps M/Y Antisan in pristine condition, and his passion for fishing adds an extra touch of charm for guests who enjoy fresh catches during their charter. Children are especially drawn to Ion’s friendly and approachable nature, making him a favorite among families.

Silvana Pendola

Chief steward/ess

Silvana, married to Captain Andrea, is the heart of the M/Y Antisan’s hospitality. She began her career as a cook/stewardess in the early 1990s but took a break to raise her children. Now that her children are grown, she has joined the Antisan team, working seamlessly alongside her husband. Known for her sunny disposition and tireless energy, Silvana is always attentive to guests' needs, no matter the time of day. Her warm and accommodating presence ensures that every guest feels at home on board.
